Last minutes.

Salam. Sedar tak sedar dah nak masuk bulan November. SPM pun makin hampir. Preparation sepatotnya dah siap, complete. Me? I don't know why, my studies dah terabai. Semua merosot. Maybe sebab minggu ney banyak sangat function. Banyak sangat suke-suke gelak tawa. Graduate sudah, Jamuan class pon sudah. Sekarang Matlamat utama memang ke arah SPM. Kawan-kawan terima kasih kerane menemai Faris Fikri sepanjang kedewasaan ini.

I hope that we all can achieve our own goal with flying colours. Whether i like it or not, i really-really need to force myself to study. Study hard, study smart. Workhard is the only key to success. 17days left. Ayah cakap kene ade keyakinan diri. Selalu akhir-akhir ney akan rase low. HUMP! mase yang ditunggu-tunggu dah nak hampir tiba.

Dulu syok syok ade 200++ 100++ hari. Now, there is less than 20days. By now i should freakin out!! But i do not know whats wrong, i'm still steady. Com'on FARIS! Faris boleh buat Faris boleh buat. FARIS!! This is it. I must penetrate through till 9.Disember.09. Then i can relax a bit. For now, no more YM, no more TEXTING, no more LAUGHING, no more WASTING time, no more BLOGGING. i MUST obey the rule.

To success we need sacrifies. May all of us ends our day with BIG SMILE! ;]

Salam. Hari ni second last exam Gerak Gempur. Dan hari ini jugalah baru saya tau ape function Gerak Gempur tuh. Huh! My chinese friend said to me, "Haiyaaa! No need to work hard for this Dianostic Test la. You know aa the more student get low marks, SPM 2009 graph will become lower and easier for us to get an A!". Haiyaa MT, nape tak cakap awal2? we already sitted for 4 subjects. Why you don't tell me earlier? habes lah, takde peluang la rase A+. haha!

Tadi nak buat addmaths pon rase macam nak taknak je. Sebab malam tadi org dah buat latihan dah. So tengok soalan easier la ciket. Hmm tapi kalau buat betol semua, habes lah graf naik. Tapi kalau tak jawab soalan betol-betol rase rugi pulak. Sebab bukan senang nak rase happy jawab admet. Last-last i made my decision, buat aje lah. Mane taw ramai orang hantar kertas kosong je. Ade peluang untuk graf turun. haha

Lepas habes xm, pegy singgah jiran sebelah, 5sc1. Nak taw most of them cakap ape? Bukan most la. Ade sorang dua org cakap dorang buat 2/3 soalan je. then TIDUR! heh? budak yang selalu score buat sambil lewa sebab nak graf turun. Budak yang selalu failed pulak berkobar-kobar nak score. humm. SEMANGAT!

Tapikan, according to my knowledge, graf itu akan berubah juga mengikut keputusan SPM. If ramai yang dapat markah rendah, for sure graf akan turun. Contoh macam maths, dah memang tetap graf maths berbentuk bell shape. Seimbang. ;]

Esok tinggal lagi satu subject je lagy, English. Humm hoping that i can maintain my gred. Tapi kalau dapat higher gred lagi better! hee.

Korang-korang nak taw tak? 30/Oct/2009 ney kan, kami pelajar form5 SMK Taman Tasik,Ampang, akan graduate! haha. Syukur alhamdulillah my classmate semua dapat. yeyeh! haha. Ingat weekends ney nak pegy shopping baju untuk GRADUATE. hehe.
Ouhh teringat kat lagu 'Graduation by Vitamin C'. I love that song so much! uhh i'm touch. ;]

No doubt.

Salam. humm. Cuti sekolah yang tidak di manfaatkan. Tadi pergi rumah aunty. Jumpe Kak Long Zura! haha. lupe nak tanye die pelbagai soalan. Maybe sebab time tuh otak tengah blur blur kot. Plus malu malu taik ayam ciket. bahaha! tapi dah text cousin zaty dah suruh tanyekan. tak taw die tanye ke tak. dodowl betol.

Well as u all already known, 30days left for SPM!! howyeahhh!(macam heppi). Xready xready. aiyakkk! my trial tak berape la kalau nak compare dengan orang laen. Mine biase biase je. BUT! improving better than before. haha sukesuke. Sekarang dah kurang masa nak update blog. Nak update pun tak tahu nak type about what?.

Cik Puteh!

Salam. Yey ney la Cik Puteh kesayangan i. haha. Actually rupa die lebih molek, punya dua tangkai but maghrib tadi i accidently terganas sehingga mengakibatkan Cik Puteh tercedera.
Cik Puteh dengan i baru kenal hari ahad lepas. Kiteorang jumpe dekat Ampang Point. I belanje RM10 sahaja untok peroleh die. hehe.

Accident
Jalan-jalan balik dari tuition dengan geng. On the way balik tuh i dok ngumpat pasal roti kecik ney. Suddenly ade makcik roti offer roti kecik, i pon ZAPP! tapi tak tercapai sehingga cik puteh jadi mangsa Lalu i terus berlari-lari anak pegi 'ospital'

Surgery
Sampai spital, i, who is the surgeon trying my best to 'fix' cik puteh. Try try cocok cocok, masukkk COCOK! still tak boleh. Degupan nadi cik puteh makin berkurangan. Ouhh I really-really need to think! I pon try tarik 'tulang' BERJAYA! Try to sambungkan balik tulang yang ter-dislocated tuh. Kepayahan sungguh terasa, segala keringat mencurah-curah ke lantai. Suddenly DING! DING! DING! yey tulang tuh berjaya di joint balik. But unfortunetly tak boleh bukak balik, baru ingat nak letak balik muscle2 die. Disebabkan dengan tekanan yang semakin menebal, nyawa cik puteh berada di tangan saya, lalu saya pon buat keputusan untuk 'cabut' tangan cik puteh lagi satu. Hanya itu sahaja yang saya mampu buat untuk menyelamatkan cik puteh. Tangan tak penting, nyawa cik puteh lagi penting.

The surgery ends with flying colours! Cik Puteh berjaya diselamatkan tapi serba kekurangan. Ouhh i'm so sorry. but ATLEAST we still can be right beside each other everyday eventhough not directly connected. Dan inilah hasilnya!
Cun tak? haha boleh lah kan. Dengan tangan yang half-parkinson ney berjaya jugak solved the problem. InsyaAllah nanti kalau ade bende-bende best, i ingat nak gantung tali kat situ, pastuh letak kat leher biar nampak macam NECKlace. haha.

Cerite tambahan,
Tadi kat sekolah around 10-11a.m. ktorg bergotong-royong kosongkan kelas. Why? because kelas ktorg akan digunakan untuk PMR esok. Mule-mule class kami tak perlu diusik pon. Tetibe-tibe diusik pagi tadi. hishh dodowl betol. takpe-takpe atleast ktorg dapat berpindah ke Bilik yang ber-airconditioner. haha.

Tengah kemas kemas suson meja yang sebatu jaoh from each other, cikgu Jamilah datang bawak papantanda untuk kelas ktorg yang tertulis BILIK KUARANTIN 1. wtf?! budak h1n1 dudok class ktorg. mentang-mentanglah kelas ktorg kelas persendirian. Then bila PMR dah habes ktorg masok kelas tuh balik. Ouhh no! ade kebarangkalian untuk peroleh itu virus. tidakkk!

Dengan curious-nya nak tahu kelas science1 akan jadi tempat ape? Tinjau-tinjau menggunakan leherku yang panjang like a ziraff. BILIK KUARANTIN 2. heh? berapa banyak budak yang kene h1n1 ney? satu kelas ade 20 meja, 2 kelas 40 meja. Wow! ramai jugak budak yang kene kuarantin ney. haha.

Malam ini malam Jumaat

Salam. Tadi ada solat hajat buat candidate-candidate PMR,SPM,STPM yg dianjurkan oleh sekolah dengan kerjasama Masjid Ubudiah. Pendaftaran bermula pada pukul 6.30pm. Semua orang dijemput hadir, ibu bapa dan sesiape sahaja.

Seronok sangat tadi! i came dengan baju melayu full set except sampin. hehe. baju melayu telok belanga. kadang2 tuh ade la ternampak 'bra'. haha! then my friend tolong betolkan. hehe. Mule-mula datang tuh rasa happy sangat sangat, rasa tenang je. Ramai kawan-kawan dengan baju raya masing-masing. Senyum sentiase terukir.

Mula-mula majlis start dengan solat maghrib then tazkirah. Mase tazkirah tuh ustaz ada bagitaw kalau nak cemerlang kene ikot 6pekara. Tapi i tak ingat la. hee. just ingat dia kata 1st akal kene baik/betol, 2nd kene tabah sabar, 3rd........6th. haha ta ingat. Pastu die cerita pasal REMAJA. Relax Enjoy Malas Angan-angan J.... A..... haha. kebanyakan nya kene dengan SAYA! heee.

lepas tazkirah, solat isyak, solat sunat taubat and last skali solat sunat hajat. huuu semua orang menitiskan air mata, me? waktu solat tuh tak tertitis pape pon. dissapointed la jugak sebab time tuh tak rase ape-ape. then time sesi salam2 hugging2 with friends tuh la ayer mata ney almost mencurah tapi TERsedut balik. haha.

Lepas tuh salam-salam dengan cikgu-cikgu ambil berkat. huuu. dengan pengetua sekalik kiteorg pulun! ;] then sesi makan makan. Karipap die sedap! Cikgu Sukainah yg buat. then ada nasi impit + rendang daging. delicious! nyumnyum.

Moment yang paling faris suka waktu ramai-ramai zikrullah, bergema satu masjid, time tuh memang rasa tenang je. Rasa macam nak record je suara-suara tuh semua. Tetapi malangnya tak bawa phone. Dah banyak kali dah jadi macam tuh, time ramai-ramai zikrullah mesti time tuh tak bawa phone. haha. takde rezeki, takpe. ;]

Ha! Tahun kiteorang ney memang tahun yang bertuah kerana pada tahun2 yang lepas, solat hajat dilakukan satu-satu(PMR hari lain & seterusnya). And dorg selalu buat dekat sekolah je. But this year pihak sekolah combinekan sekali. wahh macam ni la baru best! syukur alhamdulillah.

Faris dengar cerita banyak juga sekolah yang buat solat hajat malam tadi. Sebab kebetolan malam tadi malam jumaat, budak-budak PMR pon akan sit for their exam next week, so bagus la. ;]

Dikesempatan ini, faris nak minta ampun maaf kalau ada salah silap terkasar bahasa terngumpat dengan sengaja terejek sesuka hati sampai tercalar orang yang diejek. Maaf maaf ye! heheh. Nak suruh faris nages boleh, letak faris kat tempat orang tengah kusyuk berzikir nanti lama-lama terkeluar la air mate tuh. hee. ;]

Syukran!

Salam. Ahh sungguh rindu akan ini blog. Sungguh rindu. Ouhh saya ade berita baik punyer! my TRIAL EXAM finished already!! Fuhh, not satisfied or hooray! yet. I'm still waiting for the results. Humm, later if i already get the results i will post and share it with my readers. ;]

Tentang Hari Raya, maybe this weekends i will spend my time updating my blog about MY RAYA and so on. haha. In short, my RAYA this year is WONDERFUL, HAPPENING, and FUN! Ouhh and thanks to God. On the other hand, i'm afraid that my results aren't like i expected. Besides, before we sit for for TRIAL, my classmate and me already make a deal. "This trial atleast each one of us got 5A's". Uhh, amin.. ;]

Hey fella! I'm super duper double triple trillion miss you guys so much! haha. Every second of my life i will think about my blog, and how dissapointed my readers are because i didn't update for so long. Although not to long. hahah. But believe me, if i follow my naluri, i want to update my blog every second. haha. Well as you all already known, most of my post are about my life, what happen to me in a day, some of them are interesting but some of them are lame. haha.

There's lots scene/drama happen to me during my OFF BLOGGING. Unfortunetly i do not remember all, just few of them. ;] I'll story to you later. Till then hoping to see you all this weekends! ;]

Entry before went back to beloved village.

Salam, haha! yey! my dedi dah selamat sampai kat tanah air pagi tadi. sekarang tinggal my bro yang sulung je tak balik lagi. kalau tak silap-lah kan. my mum cakap malam nie balik kampung. YEY! haha excited excited. rindu kampung rindu nenek rindu kawan-kawan kat kampung. missyou.

waktu jawab exam hari tu, bila dah sampai tahap tak tahu nak jawab ape. pandang kiri kanan semua pena menari-nari. pena saya je yang berhenti tido. then kebetolan my desk betol-betol depan teacher desk so i can see la so many people taking papers. ulang-alik ulang alik amek kertas. me? just sit back and relax.haha(agak jealousy+tension di situ)

THEN. teringat akan Sir Rafiz Salleh. haha. die cakap "Don't be sad, HARI RAYE IS COMING!! yahoo". hee thanks sir. you do make me feel better. then tibe-tibe teringat akan kampung. ouhh sudah lebih 5 purnama tak balik kampung. missmiss. o o o balik kampung, o o o balek kampung, hati girang!

For those who didn't back to kampung this raye, don't be sad okay! your friends still around. Hoping that you can celebrate with us/your family/your village/your granny/your cousins next year! aminn. 1Malaysia. Love you!haha. special flying kiss from me to all of you. MWAHHX! xoxo.

Lots district finished their trial already. Hulu Langat district, don't forget we still got papers after RAYA! so don't forget to do an exercise. Maths Maths. ;]. I still got three papers left. Wahh i cannot believe it. I already done 20papers. huahahaha. but surely i'm afraid what the result gonna be. cuakcuak. trial result is really-really important for me.

Hizzam ask Mrs.Chong yesterday, how our BM papers? Do we get any chance to wear graduation JUBAH? then teacher said, "Don't worry-lah. All of you will get the chance to graduate and wear the jubah". YEY! haha. As i know, we will graduate this October! yehooo! but still, feel sad. I'll miss all, ouhh there will be no more white uniform. no more maroon tie. no more cranky willy sound in the class. no more friendly, close friends around. Everyone will flow to their own way. Ouhh. i cannot pass through that moment when its time. Surely will cry lots.

Hari Raya is COMING! yahooo

Salam. ouhh semenjak trial ney, nak update pon rase terhad. my mum nampak me online je nanti die dah RAWR! haha. 5 menet. 5 menet. tak nak cakap pasal trial. syuhh! haha. next week dah RAYE! yey! ingat raye ingat kampung. rindu rindu rindu. heee. trial tinggal lagy 9papers. fuhh banyak lagi la kawan.

Tadi kan! my mum bace,belek2 la newspaper STAR tuh. then die cakap "ey faris, nanti ko keje dengan MAS jugak lah, boleh dapat ticket free" then i replied "huh? kenape pulak? taknak la. mak nak mak pergi la keje dengan dorang". "heh? kalau mak tak tua mak dah pergi dah kerja dengan dorang".

Ape la mak ney, my future pulak jadi mangsa hanye kerane mak nak ticket free untok satu family terbang pergi jumpe daddy. Yeahh i know, demi family memang lah boleh. saye tak kesah la kalau macam tuh. but but, how about my ambition? don't u trust me? don't u believe that i can achieve my goal?uhh. tak ape lah. i know i can do it. ape-ape pon saye berserah pade Allah maha Esa saja. ;]

And And nanti kalau saye dah besar, ade banyak duit (amin) saya nak sponser satu family+kak wati pegy jumpe dedi kat sane. pastuh kite beli rumah kat sane sekali. senang. hehe. ;]

Wouldn’t it be nice to just look at a page and never forget what was on there? What if you could never again forget a friend’s birthday? The bad news is, not everyone has a photographic memory, otherwise known as eidetic memory. Only a few actually have it, the rest rely on mnemonic devices. The good news, however, is that everyone can take steps to improve their memory, and with time and practice most people can gain the ability to memorize seemingly impossible amounts of information. Whether you want to win the World Memory Championships, ace your history test, or simply remember where you put your keys, this article can get you started.

  1. Convince yourself that you do have a good memory that will improve. Too many people get stuck here and convince themselves that their memory is bad, that they are just not good with names, that numbers just slip out of their minds for some reason. Erase those thoughts and vow to improve your memory. Commit yourself to the task and bask in your achievements -- it's hard to keep motivated if you beat yourself down every time you make a little bit of progress.
  2. Exercise your brain. Regularly “exercising" the brain keeps it growing and spurs the development of new nerve connections that can help improve memory. By developing new mental skills—especially complex ones such as learning a new language or learning to play a new musical instrument—and challenging your brain with puzzles and games you can keep your brain active and improve its physiological functioning. Try some puzzle exercises everyday such as word cross, sudoku and some other games as easy to put into your mobile phone and practise it maybe once for 30 minutes per day.
  3. Exercise daily. Regular aerobic exercise improves circulation and efficiency throughout the body, including in the brain, and can help ward off the memory loss that comes with aging. Exercise also makes you more alert and relaxed, and can thereby improve your memory uptake, allowing you to take better mental “pictures."
  4. Reduce stress. Chronic stress, although it does not physically damage the brain, can make remembering much more difficult. After prolonged stress the brain will be damaged. Stressful situations are recognized by the hypothalamus, which in turn signals the pituitary gland. The pituitary gland secreted adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH)which influences the adrenal glands to secrete adrenaline and later cortisol(corticosteroids). The corticosteroids can weaken the blood-brain barrier and damage the hippocampus(the memory center). Ironically, the hippocampus controls the secretion of the hormone released by the hypothalamus through a process of negative feedback. After chronic stress it will be damaged and it will not be as efficient in regulating the degenerative corticosteroids and memory will be harmed. Neurogenesis (formation of new neurons) indeed exists in the hippocampus but stress inhibits it. To recapitulate and synthesis, chronic stress will affect your health and your memory, it will damage the brain so the best option is to learn to control stress. Stress will never be eliminated, but it definitely can be controlled. A healthy diet, however, contributes to a healthy brain, and foods containing antioxidants—broccoli, blueberries, spinach, and berries, for example—and Omega-3 fatty acids appear to promote healthy brain functioning. Feed your brain with such supplements as Thiamine, Vitamin E, Niacin and Vitamin B-6. Grazing, eating 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day instead of 3 large meals, also seems to improve mental functioning (including memory) by limiting dips in blood sugar, which may negatively affect the brain.
  6. Take better pictures. Often we forget things not because our memory is bad, but rather because our observational skills need work. One common situation where this occurs (and which almost everyone can relate to) is meeting new people. Often we don’t really learn people’s names at first because we aren’t really concentrating on remembering them. You’ll find that if you make a conscious effort to remember such things, you’ll do much better. One way to train yourself to be more observant is to look at an unfamiliar photograph for a few seconds and then turn the photograph over and describe or write down as many details as you can about the photograph. Try closing your eyes and picturing the photo in your mind. Use a new photograph each time you try this exercise, and with regular practice you will find you’re able to remember more details with even shorter glimpses of the photos.
  7. Give yourself time to form a memory. Memories are very fragile in the short-term, and distractions can make you quickly forget something as simple as a phone number. The key to avoid losing memories before you can even form them is to be able to focus on the thing to be remembered for a while without thinking about other things, so when you’re trying to remember something, avoid distractions and complicated tasks for a few minutes.
  8. Create vivid, memorable images. You remember information more easily if you can visualize it. If you want to associate a child with a book, try not to visualize the child reading the book – that's too simple and forgettable. Instead, come up with something more jarring, something that sticks, like the book chasing the child, or the child eating the book. It's your mind – make the images as shocking and emotional as possible to keep the associations strong.
  9. Repeat things you need to learn. The more times you hear, see, or think about something, the more surely you’ll remember it, right? It’s a no-brainer. When you want to remember something, be it your new coworker’s name or your best friend's birthday, repeat it, either out loud or silently. Try writing it down; think about it.
  10. Group things you need to remember. Random lists of things (a shopping list, for example) can be especially difficult to remember. To make it easier, try categorizing the individual things from the list. If you can remember that, among other things, you wanted to buy four different kinds of vegetables, you’ll find it easier to remember all four.
  11. Organize your life. Keep items that you frequently need, such as keys and eyeglasses, in the same place every time. Use an electronic organizer or daily planner to keep track of appointments, due dates for bills, and other tasks. Keep phone numbers and addresses in an address book or enter them into your computer or cell phone. Improved organization can help free up your powers of concentration so that you can remember less routine things. Even if being organized doesn’t improve your memory, you’ll receive a lot of the same benefits (i.e. you won’t have to search for your keys anymore).
  12. Try meditation. Research now suggests that people who regularly practice "mindfulness" meditation are able to focus better and may have better memories. Mindfulness (also known as awareness or insight meditation) is the type commonly practiced in Western countries and is easy to learn.   • Most people’s brains are not very good at remembering abstract information, such as numbers. This is one of the things that separate those with eidetic memory from those with a great, normal memory. The key to being able to recall such things is to build associations and links that evoke the memory. This is why almost anybody with normal brain functioning can dramatically improve their ability to recall things using mnemonics. While building a memory palace, for example, actually requires that you "remember" more, by associating the thing to be remembered with other things (emotions, other memories, images, etc.) you build more mental "links" to the memory, thus making it easier to access.
  • A large number of memory improvement products are available (a search on the internet will produce hundreds of such products). Most of these products actually teach you mnemonic strategies, and while some are no doubt bunk, some are legitimate.
  • One easy method to help you remember people’s names is to look at the person when you are introduced and say the person’s name: "Nice to meet you, Bill."
  • Try memorizing the order of a deck of playing cards. Although this may seem like a pointless task, it will allow you to discover memorization techniques that work best for you.
  • Try a tray of objects (say, 10 objects). Study them for 30 seconds. Take the tray away and write down all the objects you can. Increase the number of items for more mind excercise. Or get someone else to find the objects on the tray; this makes them harder to remember and will test you more.
  • Put black ink at the end of your palm to remember any important thing for the next day or for that day itself. Whenever you see the black dot, you'll remember what to do.
  • Visualize whatever you have to do as part of something you see every day. For example, if you have to give your dog some medicine, visualize your dog in your fridge every time you walk past it or look inside. This will keep your dog fresh in your mind.
  • Write the event or task down immediately. If you don't have a pen, one thing you can do is change the time on your watch; later on you will remember why it is set at the wrong time. You could also wear your watch upside down.
  • Write in a diary or journal every day without fail. Even small issues should be written down -- this is a good way to make sure you don't miss anything.
  • Leave yourself a telephone message reminding yourself of important "to do" tasks.
  • Memorize your favorite song or poem until you can say it to yourself without any help. Try to do this often.
  • A study by Harvard University shows that people who sleep tend to remember things better. So sleep and see how much you remember things better.


Warnings


  • If you notice a severe or sudden deterioration of memory, talk to your doctor immediately. Sometimes "senior moments" can be precursors to Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.
  • Exercise due diligence when purchasing a memory improvement product. Find out as much as you can about how the program works, and do your own research to determine if it will work for you. Some of these products are simply scams. Be especially wary of products that promise to improve your memory instantly or with little or no effort: effective strategies to improve recall take time and practice.
  • While some herbal supplements that claim to improve memory may in fact work, there is no conclusive evidence that any of these are effective. Most are harmless, however, and may be worth a try, but exercise caution: some supplements can have harmful effects, and not all contain what they say they contain.

Salam. tak tahu nak letak tajuk ape. Well, Physics & Chemistry paper finish already. I don't really want to talk about those paper. Today i just answered Paper 3 for both subject. My experiments are TOTALLY deflected! Huh. Redha sahaja. Next paper is Bahasa Melayu. Our exam schedule are so packed. I'm afraid if i can't cover all. Ouhh dear. ;[

I don't know what will happen later. Apa-apa pun, trial kami most of the question they took from Past year Question. They just change little bit. Aurghh unfortunetly i didn't doo any exercise. All the time i'm just doing the simple notes. Huh! well i deserved all the punishment. Why? because its my fault. I just do the simple notes last minute. When finish doing the notes, there's no time left for me to do an exercise. So my advice to my juniors, prepare the notes before its too late. Don't be like me okay! Because during the last minute is the time for you to do few revision and execise to brush up your brain. And do an exercise atleast a month before your trial. Get used to the formula, calculation. It might be easier for you later. ;]

Last thursday, i woke up late. really really late. Till i got the summons from the prefect. haha. guess at what time do i woke up? 7.30a.m. haha. And by coincidence, that day was Chemistry P1&P2. Start at 8.00a.m. I arrived at school right before my friends start answering the paper. As i enter my class, all types of eyes looking at me. Then i hear a cynical voice said "So early!". haha. guess who?gabbana. From my home, i walks like a wind, i walked as fast as i could. Till i can't really read the notes that i just wrote that morning. Ouhh no luck. But its okay, atleast i still can answer few question. Good!

So people, Do not do something at last minute. And do get enough sleep so that it won't affect your studies. Plus, if you stay up till late your immune system will become weaker and virus easily ATTACK your body. So take good care of yourself and Good Morning! ;]

Salam. Guess what? Not Dolce and Gabbana, or even Gucci or Banana Republic. BUT its La Dolce Faris Fikri. wahh lagi die merapu. cuba teka cuba teka! heh pagi tadi tak sempat pon pegi seminar tuh. why?? Bangun lambat. 9.45a.m. !! what?! aiyoo! asyik bangun lambat je la cuti sekolah ney. padan muke padan muke sape suruh tidur pukul 7 pagi. padan muke kan dah terlepas seminar.

Ouhhh! sangat rugi. rugi rugi. my friend said that die punya forecast 95% SAME! ouhh mathematics. i will make sure i get A1! caiyok caiyok! ;]

By the way, dah la pagi tadi tidur lambat, lepas tuh mesti la mengantuk. tidur pukul 7, nak kene bangun pukul 8. sebab nak siap siap pastuh nak jalan kaki 1.5km untuk sampai tuition centre. Kebetulan pagi tadi hujan. perghhhh! lagi ku sambung mimpi ala-ala putera kayangan gituu. haha! mimpi makan nutella waktu pagi pagi. eii tak puasa tak puasa. mimpi je pon. ;p

So i woke up jam 2pm.haha! tuh pon sebab my sis kejot suruh mandi sebab nak pergi rumah aunty. Hari ini buka puasa di rumah aunty(my siblings called her BUSU). Uhh kat rumah busu ade NENEK! nenek masak sedappp. nyummy nyum.

The journey to buka puasa!

Salam. Well today, 29th aug 2009. My friends and i went out for buka puasa at outside. wahh english aku tak betul. hahah. At first we thought we want to eat at PIZZA HUT. but then, last minutes we CHANGED it. and went to KFC Pavillion. huuu. so many people. but we still can found the sit! haha. mule mule jumpe dua sit je dekat atas sofa yang best tuh. but then our NEW 'neighbours' finished their food and wanna OUT. so we ask them "still wanna sit here?" then they said "No no". ok then we all pun sambung combine straight. hahah. kebetulan very near by to the sinki. hahah. GOOD!

Then kan kiteorang pon duduk la dulu. take a rest. hahah. sebab ramai lagi orang tengah beratur. tengah rest-rest tibe tibe terlihat dua orang perempuan ney. guess who? Aida and Mia. haha. so we just waving at them. THEN! guess where they sit? just right beside us. hahah. but we aren't eating with them. terdapat satu dinding between us. hahah.

Then ILA, my new friend who is baby and nizam and reeyn(theend) and sharul friend. hahah. ILA are crazy about chicken! All the way to Pavillion she only talk about CHICKEN. heh! so i called her ILA AYAM. hahah. Then Ila invited us to Q. So Bby, Nizam, So and me pegi la Q. haha. We are soooooooo TALKATIVE. habis satu KFC yg besar banglo dua bijik tuh dengar our conversation. hahah. biase la bila LOUD meet LOUD. became LOUDER. hahah. then ade la drama drama ciket tadi. hee.

THEN! when its the time for us to order. time tuh dah buka dah. hahah. we just order soo many. hahah. sebab orang yang duduk-duduk tuh berat bontot nak bangun. so dorang kirim saja. Then! this is the interesting part! BABY just order "Air sirap satu". hahah! actually he want to order F&N Strawberry. tapi salah sebut. huahua. dramatic betol. ;]

Well reeyn(theend) dah melayang-layang dengan boyfiee die pergi mana kiteorang pon tak tau.

- Kaki reeyn dah banyak melecet
- She's wearing sooo many bandage or we called HANSAPLAST
- Her sandals,shoes punya riben tercabut sebelah sebab ade orang-orang pijak
- And she only realized it bila dah sampai seberang Sungei Wang
- Then guess what she asked us to do? Snap(cabut) the other riben. haha!
GOOD JOB.

Then ape lagi happen aa? actually i want to show all of you our photo's that been taken by so many photographers. Haha. Hizzam cakap PAPARAZZI. huahua. Tapi kan SO and MAMAD tak masuk kan gambar tuh lagi. depa cakap esok. which is pagi kejap lagi. hahah!

Other kejadian yang happen during the day;
- Sharul(cantik) kene migrain.
- Nizam melecet kaki sebab pakai Vans ketat(which is mine), and he's wearing VERY SHORT TINY socks.
- Ila been invited by UMI to join UMI CORP. heh. tak wujud pon sebenarnya. hahah
- Ila are scared when 'umi' ask for her telephone number. haha! ;p
- La Dolce Faris Fikri punyer adrenaline terlebih keluar over secreted. so he became soo EXCITED, HYPERACTIVE. hahah
- Solihin felt so shorty when most of us who is his junior are taller then him. wahh his self-esteem became lesser la.
- Anyss just got back from her kerja. terus join us! good good. very tired huh?
- Hizzam(gabbana) salah pronouns 'auk' kepada 'ayok' hahah.
- Hizzam accidently admit to me at Popular bookshop that 'Saya bukan SUPERSTAR'. hahah good good.
- Faris just bought new pens! a couple, black and blue. yey! can do the notes!. ;]
- And Faris also bought ONE pen for reeyn and ONE pen for anyss. papermate, the one that they loves. ;]

Today story telling!

Salam. Yey! tadi pegi tuition. hari ini kelas biology! wahh gitu. best taw. rugi sape tak ambil biology. Well today we learn about DNA fingerprinting. wuhhh! then then ade cerita pasal genetic engineering! kiah cakap die maybe nak ambil course tuh. sebab sir kiteorang cakap course tuh not bad. and i also think that i'm gonna take that too. wahh gituu! fikir masak masak la dulu. tapi quite interesting la jugak.

Genetic engineering ini kan dorang ade combine combine genes. wahh! example like kes stem cell. well as you all know stem cell ini boleh bertukar menjadi ape2 specialized cell. stem cell ini terdapat di blastocyst @ my friend said ade dekat tali pusat. ;] . tapi die ade terbahagi kepade dua la. satu adult stem cell satu lagi embryo stem cell. ade differences between both stem cell. well ape yang nak di cerita kan. genetic engineer ini combine particular genes yang kita/dia nak contoh macam insulin hormone. untuk siapa yang ade diabetes type 1. hee. pastuh nanti die ambil blablablabla dah tak ingat dah. ayat die start dari S. aiyakkk! baru je belajar. dodowl. korang nak tahu korang bace wikipedia la ye?hee

Salam. ey2! tadi kan i watch CSI:Miami. hahah die ade sebut about something yang buat i remember my biology teacher. heee. Sir Alvin Siah! ouhh sir. thanks. guess la what bring my haed to my sir? dalam cerita CSI tuh die ade sebut pasal Klinefetler Syndrome. hah! then terdetik dihaty. wahh macam penah ku dengar. ecehh then die ade sebut lagy XXY! ahah! yey betol betol. syndrome yang tuh. alaa u all know tak yang men ala ala girl tuh. tak semua la. some of them ade syndrome ney la. semula jadi. chromosome diorang ade 47. more than normal homosapien's have. Puasa!

Salam. Yey! Long time tak update. haha. Dah puasa dah. dah lima hari umat islam berpuasa. Tapi faris baru puasa 3 hari. hee. terus terang. ;] Saja je nak update rinduu. huu kalau tak updatekan banyak je idea rase nak tulis, tapi bila dah sampai sini. PUUPPS. blank terus. hahah!dodowl. Well last week i had a fever, cough && few flu. huu. dah pergi klinik TWO times. tapi doc kate demam biase je. 5 to 10 days okay la tuh. ocehh 10days kata nya.

TRIALS!! next month = next week. ape daaa. uhhh no! dekat dah. ape ni faris buku buku buat latihan. takut takut. cube teka 1st paper nanti ape? haaa jenjenjen. PHYSICS! wow! sangat gentar. perlu berusaha. sangat perlu! huu. takut takut.

Well few days ago, actually everyday i do online myself. But i'm just online readings my friends blog and and also i do read NEW people bloggy. not new people la. but new blog for me. because i baru visit dorang punyer. i love few bloggy. most of them i found their bloggy at my kakak sedara punya blog. huu. my cousin tuh amek medical at mesir. ade satu blog ney i like readings her writting.
